Refined sugar free with raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother of Vinegar, real QLD Ginger Juice and lemon concentrate extracted from real lemons. No artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours, or preservatives.
We use real QLD ginger juice in our unfiltered shrub syrup concentrate, this can form a layer of gingery goodness at the base of the bottle. Shake, take, enjoy!!!

Just add bubbles to create a crisp, refreshing, fizzy shrub that packs a big prebiotic punch.

Our undiluted shrub syrups are your soda stream's new BFF. Use at between 5-7% concentrate with soda water, to replicate our family friendly canned Sparkling Switchel. One bottle makes up to 3.6 litres.

Nice Adult Flavour

Trying to find alternatives to alcohol that aren't just fizzy sweet sodas. It's quite a challenging search. But after finding the Raspberry Shrub Syrup, and the Lemon one too I can definitely say I've found some keepers! A nice Adult grown up flavour, something with a bit more depth and interest. Paired with a nice zero alcohol beer and that's a winner for me. Would love so see more shrub flavours too. Keep up the good work!
