A few years ago, I developed osteoarthritis in my hands/wrists. I couldn't play guitar anymore and had to wear hard braces on my hands so I could work on the computer, do household jobs etc. I was told/knew that things would only get worse, no cure etc. For the last couple of years I have taken 20ml of the Tonic (for a while the regular one, then the Extra Hot one) every day. I only very, very rarely miss a day. I might not have scientific proof of the link, and this definitely isn't medical advice, but I celebrate that I no longer wear hand braces, I can play instruments, garden, do household things. I have no pain in my hands/wrists. Taking the Tonic every day is the only thing that I can think of that I changed/added to my world. It's not that I woke up one day and everything was better - it even took me a while to notice I just wasn't hurting or needing to wear the braces etc. I guess I'm just noting that maybe there's a bit of magic in the Tonic as well as a lot of really delicious fruits and spices.
